He specializes in GDS operations, air ticketing, travel management, and sales, and has built his career in fast-paced global environments where he has successfully led teams, managed complex itineraries, resolved critical booking challenges, ensured exceptional customer satisfaction, and trained professionals to deliver high-level performance.
As a Team Manager and mentor, he has guided numerous individuals toward securing positions in the airline, international travel agency, and corporate travel sectors. His training approach focuses on practical skills, real-world systems, and professional confidence—preparing learners to meet industry expectations from day one.
Beyond professional training, he also provides guidance on student visas for European countries and leads an English Language Club designed to strengthen communication skills and enhance global workplace readiness.
